what i do
I work with PE-backed healthcare companies, and the high-growth organizations that look a lot like them, to develop and retain the Directors and VPs their growth depends on.
My clients are companies navigating the moments when organizational change outpaces leadership readiness: rapid scaling, post-acquisition integration, and transaction readiness. The common thread is that they've promoted great people and need those people to be ready for what comes next.
Most advisory relationships don't come with this:
- Nearly 20 years inside high-growth companies, including Mars Petcare, where I led teams and delivered $300M in sales growth, before I ever worked with a single advisory client. I'm not translating frameworks from the outside.
- ICF-credentialed methodology combined with Hogan personality science, so the work is grounded in both insight and data, the art of asking the right questions and the science that predicts how leaders perform under pressure.
- A non-directive approach that puts the answers where they belong: inside the leader. This creates lasting behavioral change in a way that training programs don't.
MY LIFE & MY MISSION
Outside of coaching, I split my time between Nashville, Tennessee and Jackson Hole, Wyoming with my husband, Andrew, and our dog, Gus. I sit on the Advisory Board for First in Family JH, which provides essential advising and financial support to students in Teton County, Wyoming who do not have a family history of higher education. I also volunteer with Second Harvest, Inspiritus, and Hole Food Rescue, and when I'm not doing that, you'll find me traveling, cooking, listening to live music, or making the case that Dolly Parton is, objectively, the greatest.
My purpose is simple: to show others that recognizing the power of choice, the strength in vulnerability, and the joy of curiosity can open up a world they didn't know was possible. The answers are already within you. Let's work together to bring them out.
I want to thank my own coach, the amazing Nan Watts, for always challenging my perspective and the limits of my potential. I truly don't think I would have found this path without her guidance.
A massive thank you to my web developer and all around digital guru, Jeric Griffin, for building this site and patiently teaching me along the way.
All credit for my beautiful logo and branding work goes to the talented designer, Holly Welch.
