Know what’s important to you and find a company that matches your values
I asked the At the Core Coaching community to share the best career advice they received this year and wow, did we get some incredible submissions!
There were a few themes that showed up:
1. Aligning To Your Values: look for work and for organizations that live by the things that are most important to you
2. Time & Space: it's okay to pause, to step back or to ask for more time
3. Flexibility: being adaptable, resilient and recognizing when it's time to evolve or move on lead to more fulfilling outcomes
